It has been reported that Sheffield Wednesday is interested in signing Aston Villa’s Louie Barry.
According to The Star, Wednesday is one of the teams hoping to capture Villa’s Barry on loan during the January transfer window.
Barry is on loan at Stockport County at the moment. Villa reportedly plan to recall the forward next month and then send him out on loan to a club at a higher level for the second half of the campaign.
Wednesday are keen on a loan deal for Barry, according to The Star, with the report adding that city rivals Sheffield United are also showing interest in the former West Bromwich Albion and Barcelona prospect.
