In February 2023, ownership changed hands again, with the Red&White company, led by Eugen Voicu and Andrei Nicolescu, taking control. Under their leadership, Dinamo achieved promotion back to Liga I after just one season in Liga II, signaling a potential turnaround for the beleaguered club.
