The February signing period for high school football players is on Wednesday, yet Georgia seems pretty set with its current 2025 recruiting class after the December wave.
The Bulldogs signed 27 players in December, 24 of whom are already enrolled, and also picked up six transfers since the portal opened. There is one other player who has hard committed but has yet to ink his name on the dotted line.
Georgia can always add more prospects, and will, though we’ll see how much really comes from the high school level still and how much surfing the portal Kirby Smart is doing.
Where does Georgia football’s 2025 recruiting class rank nationally?
Georgia’s 2025 recruiting class is ranked No. 2 in the nation by 247Sports and the 247Sports composite. They’re the second highest ranked SEC team, following No. 1 Texas and ahead of No. 3 Alabama, by the composite — 10 of the 16 SEC teams hold spots in the nation’s top 15.
